One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been website design and digital content creation, especially for events, promotions, and product launches.

Nicky @ Booker Balance has been working with us (Meremere Dirt Track Club) for the 2024/25 race season.
She kicked of the season by completely rebuilding the club’s website, it is now professionally presented and very user friendly to navigate. Members can access vital information, including race dates, rule book, pricing, any updates or upcoming events.
Nicky setup an online race day registration system for our members which greatly speeds up race day sign up and significantly reduces the amount of cash needing to be handled and banked after a race meeting.
Nicky took charge of the clubs digital marketing, creating eye catching and informative video’s lifting the club’s online presence to a much higher level.
In addition to all this, Nicky has redesigned the clubs race day programs, certificates, date calendars, cards/tickets and more as well as managing all the printing needs of the club, which has been a significant saving to the club.
On behalf of the club members, friends of the track and myself I would like to thank Nicky for going above and beyond! Nicky is extremely easy to deal with and very quickly finds solutions to issues I didn’t even know existed.

Dipping our toes into an on-line presence for the first time last year we paid a well known Australasian advertising brand to host a website (the design was supposed to be free), organise a business page review, with on-going hosting and ease of self management use... (argh).
This ended in a poorly unfinished website (the designer eventually told me it ''wasn't his thing" despite being recommended by his colleagues as being an award winner), high monthly management fees, and little to no response when seeking help.
Fast forward we knew we needed more (trusted) help and Booker Balance's (Nicky) offer on Franklin community pages jumped out at us, thinking initially just for a chat as to where our presence was going wrong and how we could change it.
With Nicky's help, we moved our hosting site to more affordable space and Nicky completely re-designed our website.
Most importantly She listened and was extremely responsive to suggestions and was local!.
We cannot speak highly enough of the assistance and time Nicky put into getting our on line presence right.
We look forward to a long term business association with Booker Balance and Nicky. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place, is quick to respond and it's just so awesome to be able to deal with a Franklin local too.
